“I have a few eyeglasses from the Framery. If you’re not satisfied, the return policy is excellent. Fast shipping and the people who answer the phones are very nice and helpful.”

Robert L.

“The customer service is amazing! So nice to be able to call and talk to an actual person and one that is super friendly and understanding.”

Mary Ann C.

“Big selection, great customer service, easy to facilitate an exchange, much cheaper than ordering from an optician.”

Caitlin N.

“It was simple and easy, and the first time I ordered a pair that were too big, and there were zero complications in getting a new pair in the right size. Highly recommend. Also, the price was just right.”
